Evann Guessand returns to Crystal Palace on loan
Ivorian forward Evann Guessand has rejoined Crystal Palace on loan from Aston Villa, with a conditional obligation to buy.

25-year-old forward Evann Guessand has returned to Crystal Palace. After a loan spell with the Eagles in the second half of last season, the Ivorian attacker is heading back to London from Aston Villa on a new loan agreement featuring a conditional obligation to buy.
Guessand experienced a historic campaign last season, becoming the first player to win two European trophies in a single year. He was part of the Aston Villa squad that won the Europa League after appearing in the group stage, before securing the Conference League title with Palace following his winter move.
Despite a knee injury at the start of the season, the former Nice player made 35 appearances across both clubs in the Premier League, contributing 4 goals and 1 assist. The 23-time Ivory Coast international will now look to build on that success in his return to London.
