Atalanta midfielder Ederson has taken a definitive step toward a move to Manchester United. The 26-year-old has reportedly agreed on personal terms with the club, prioritizing a move to the Premier League over other European interests.

The player has paused all negotiations with other suitors to focus exclusively on the deal with the Red Devils. This commitment puts the pressure on the clubs to finalize the financial structure of the transfer.

Negotiations are currently in the final stages regarding a package deal worth approximately €45 million. The structure is expected to mirror the Rasmus Hojlund transfer, incorporating a significant base fee along with performance-related add-ons.

"Ederson didn’t play today because there’s concrete negotiations with a top club," said Raffaele Palladino.
