Davide Ancelotti set for Lille debut on July 18

New Lille head coach Davide Ancelotti has officially begun his tenure at the Luchin training ground. After overseeing his first few training sessions with the squad, the Italian manager is set to take charge of his first match shortly.
His debut on the Lille bench will take place on Saturday, July 18, at 17:00 at the Luchin facility, where the team will face Belgian club La Louviere.
Lille has lined up further friendlies as part of their pre-season preparations. They are scheduled to play another Belgian side on August 1 in Leuven, before concluding their campaign with a gala match on August 15 against Everton. The fixture holds personal significance for Davide Ancelotti, who served as an assistant to his father, Carlo, at the English club between 2019 and 2021.
