Zhytomyr's Polissya defender Danylo Beskorovainyi has officially moved to Polish club Lechia. Both clubs announced the transfer of the 27-year-old, though financial terms remain undisclosed.
The agreement with the Ukrainian defender is valid until the summer of 2029. He becomes the second Ukrainian addition to the squad this summer, following the arrival of winger Artur Shakh. The team is currently managed by Ukrainian coach Vladyslav Lupashko.
Beskorovainyi spent the latter half of last season on loan at Azerbaijani club Sumgayit, where he made 15 appearances. Lechia is currently facing a difficult start to the season, sitting at the bottom of the Polish First League table with only one point after four matches.
