London's Chelsea is identifying potential reinforcements for their midfield in the event of Enzo Fernandez moving to Manchester City. The club has set its sights on 22-year-old Senegalese midfielder Lamine Camara from Monaco.
Reports suggest that the London side has been in negotiations regarding this transfer for the majority of the current month. It is expected that an offer in the region of 60 million euros will be sufficient to satisfy the Monaco board.
In the new season, the 22-year-old has already made three appearances across all competitions, scoring one goal. His current contract with Monaco runs until the summer of 2029, and Transfermarkt values the midfielder at 40 million euros.
