Brentford have officially announced the extension of contracts for three core first-team players. The club confirmed that they have triggered options in the deals of Josh Dasilva, Rico Henry, and Mathias Jensen, securing their services until at least the end of the 2026/27 season.
These three players have been instrumental in the club's recent success, playing vital roles in the team's promotion to the Premier League in 2021 and their subsequent establishment in the English top flight.
Josh Dasilva, an Arsenal academy product, has been with the club since 2018, accumulating 157 appearances and 22 goals. Rico Henry, who joined in 2016, is currently in his tenth season at the club, having surpassed 100 Premier League appearances. Meanwhile, Danish midfielder Mathias Jensen joined in 2019 and has since made over 250 appearances for the club, contributing 17 goals and 32 assists.
