Ahead of the new La Liga season, Barcelona has completed a major objective by officially registering all their summer arrivals. Joao Cancelo, Anthony Gordon, and Karim Adeyemi are now cleared to feature in the opening match against Elche. 18-year-old winger Jesse Bisiva, acquired from Club Brugge, is expected to be registered for the second team.

Rodri, who joined from Manchester City, is also registered but is unlikely to make his debut immediately as he continues to build fitness. Head coach Hansi Flick confirmed during his Saturday press conference that the World Cup winner is currently training individually but is expected to join the main group on Monday.

Our plan is for him to arrive and join the team on Monday. I am very happy that he is here. He is a fantastic player, a leader with a great character. Hansi Flick

The club's financial stability has improved significantly, largely due to the partial reopening of Camp Nou. With a capacity of 60,000, matchday income has surged. Additionally, the departures of high-earning players like Robert Lewandowski and increased commercial revenues have helped the club return to the favorable 1:1 rule.

Under this rule, Barcelona can now spend every euro saved on wages and transfer fees on new registrations, moving away from previous years where they relied on injury exceptions to clear roster space. The club is reportedly still exploring further options in the transfer market before the window closes.
