Atletico Madrid has officially announced the 18 players honored on its Walk of Legends. Located in the surroundings of the Metropolitano stadium, this tribute features the names of club legends engraved within stars on the ground.
The list includes iconic figures from various eras, such as Alfonso Aparicio, Adrian Escudero, Larbi Ben Barek, and Enrique Collar. Other legendary players recognized include Adelardo Rodriguez, Luis Aragones, Jose Eulogio Garate, Juan Carlos Arteche, Paulo Futre, and Kiko Narvaez.
The group also honors more recent stars who have shaped the club's success, including Diego Simeone, Milinko Pantic, Fernando Torres, Gabi Fernandez, Diego Forlan, Diego Godin, Radamel Falcao, and Antoine Griezmann. These players are celebrated for their significant contributions to the club's history and trophy cabinet.
