Atalanta have agreed on the final details for the transfer of the Cagliari midfielder, with the deal potentially reaching 14 million euros.

Italian side Atalanta is in the final stages of negotiations to sign Cagliari midfielder Gianluca Gaetano. The Bergamo club has been active in the transfer market and is expected to unveil the new recruit shortly.
According to Fabrizio Romano, the base fee for the Italian midfielder will be around 12 million euros. The deal is structured with flexible financial terms, including performance-related bonuses that could bring the total value of the move to 14 million euros.
Last season, Gianluca Gaetano made 33 Serie A appearances for Cagliari. He scored 2 goals and provided 4 assists, playing a role in helping the club secure its place in the top flight, finishing the campaign in 14th place.
