América interested in signing Nelson Deossa

Transfer rumors surrounding América continue to intensify. Following reports of a potential exit for Sebastián Cáceres to Spain, the club is now linked with a move for midfielder Nelson Deossa.
According to TV Azteca analyst David Medrano, América is exploring the acquisition of the Colombian player, who currently plays for Real Betis in Spain. Notably, Deossa previously played under the management of Guillermo Almada during his time in Mexico.
The primary obstacle for a potential deal remains the financial expectations of the Spanish club. Medrano stated that Real Betis officials have indicated that they have received a €15 million offer from a Brazilian club, and they are demanding that América match this figure to initiate serious negotiations.
The situation remains in development as the clubs weigh the feasibility of the transfer against the competition from the Brazilian market.
