Currently, AS Roma has emerged as the primary suitor for the 29 million euro-rated player. The Italian side is keen to secure Garnacho's services, but their preference is to structure the move as a loan deal. Chelsea, however, is insisting on a permanent transfer, as offloading the player remains a priority for the club's hierarchy.
Garnacho recorded four goals and five assists in 39 appearances last season. His market value stands at 29 million euros, a figure that highlights the financial expectations the Blues have for any potential deal.
